Creator programme
Creator Cash Back Terms
Version: August 2, 2026
1. Organiser
The Creator Cash Back programme is operated by Daniel Bick, trading as Bytemix Studios, Gatower Str. 4, 13595 Berlin, Germany ("SceneIt", "we", "us"). Contact: info@sceneit-studio.com.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms;
- have a completed, paid SceneIt Studio 26 purchase with an active licence;
- control the email address attached to that licence; and
- submit your own qualifying public video while the programme is available.
Each qualifying order and licence may receive cash back once. Manually issued, complimentary, refunded, disputed or otherwise unpaid licences are not eligible.
3. Qualifying video
The submitted video must:
- be publicly accessible through a direct YouTube, YouTube Shorts or TikTok video URL;
- genuinely and clearly show SceneIt Studio 26 or a meaningful workflow using the app;
- be original content that you own or are fully authorised to submit and license;
- comply with the platform's terms, community rules and all applicable laws;
- clearly disclose the commercial incentive using the platform disclosure tools and any additional disclosure required by law; and
- not contain unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, unsafe or artificially manipulated engagement.
4. Submission & verification
Submit the public video URL and the email attached to your SceneIt licence. We send a time-limited verification link to eligible addresses. A submission enters review only after email verification. Verification confirms email control; it does not guarantee approval or payment.
5. Review
We manually review the public post against these terms. We may reject a submission that is incomplete, inaccessible, duplicated, fraudulent, insufficiently connected to SceneIt, missing the required disclosure or otherwise non-compliant. Internal review notes are not public. We may request reasonable evidence needed to verify ownership or eligibility.
6. Cash back
An approved submission earns 50% of the actual SceneIt Studio 26 transaction amount recorded for the qualifying order, rounded to the nearest currency unit supported by the payment system. The calculation excludes optional third-party AI/provider spending and any other purchases. Prior refunds, reversals or chargebacks may reduce or eliminate eligibility.
Cash back is normally returned through the available Paddle transaction process. If that route is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange a reasonable alternative. Approval and payment are not instantaneous. Taxes or reporting obligations arising from the incentive remain the participant's responsibility where applicable.
7. Permission to use the video
You retain ownership of your video. By checking the marketing-use permission and submitting it, you grant Daniel Bick / Bytemix Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce, host, display, publish, distribute, crop, shorten, edit, subtitle, translate and combine the submitted video or excerpts with other SceneIt marketing material. This includes use on websites, social platforms, app-store-style listings, email, press material and paid advertising. The licence also covers the submitted thumbnail, channel name or handle, and the name, voice and likeness already contained in the video.
We may grant the limited rights needed to advertising, hosting, distribution and production providers acting for us. No endorsement beyond the context of the submitted video will be invented. You may withdraw the submission before cash back is paid by contacting us; doing so ends eligibility. Once cash back has been paid, this marketing licence continues so existing and planned campaign material can remain in use.
8. Advertising disclosure
The potential cash back is a commercial incentive. You are responsible for making the relationship clear to your audience. Use YouTube's paid-promotion declaration or TikTok's content-disclosure setting, as applicable, and add any clear caption or in-video disclosure required in the countries where you publish.
9. Privacy
We process the licensed email match, order and licence identifiers, submitted URL, platform, consent timestamps, verification and review status, review notes and payment status to administer the programme. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
10. Availability & abuse
We may pause or end the programme for new submissions. A change does not remove a claim already verified and approved under the applicable version of these terms. We may withhold or recover cash back obtained through fraud, duplicate claims, rights violations or material misrepresentation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Mandatory protections available in a participant's country of residence remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
